Scene 3

I love music and I love visual art. They are both the primary sources of beauty in my life.

I started to make these digital abstracts and noticed how they were taking on the characteristics of a back drop, perhaps a subterranean scene or a forest etc. Maybe not. 

Nicholas Roerich's art, philosophy and then set design for The Rites of Spring led me to the music of Stravinsky. 

I like the idea of one art-form being a portal into another. 

Scene 3 is a limited edition, hand signed, 1 - 20 numbered and high quality Giclee print on satin archival quality paper. 

The artwork is unframed and easily fits into a standard sized A1 frame.

The dimensions are:

Paper size - 59.4 x 84.1 cm.

Image size - approx 55.4 x 79.1 cm. 

Although digital, I make all of my artworks by hand. I use techniques akin to drawing, collage and photograph editing to create works that couldn't be made any other way.  

I don't use ai, finding human creativity more interesting and relatable.
